Michael Pollan on eating local

I love eating local, and I feel better when I do, but it’s always been a vague sense of satisfaction with a rationale I couldn’t really articulate. In two minutes, the great Michael Pollan lays out three good reasons: conserve energy, support farmers, and preserve agricultural landscapes.
